Your Notes
1. Check In
How well have you been able to apply some of the techniques from last week's 'Self-Regulation' class into your day-to-day? What impact have they had so far?
2. Questions for YOU
1. Have you ever sent your child to school in their PJs? If not, do you think you could?
2. Could you let your child go to school without wearing socks?
3. What happens when you take away your child’s screen time?
4. If you’ve used time out before, how did it go?
4. This week's 'Fridge Door' Challenge
Natural and logical consequences are incredibly effective strategies, but it can be hard to “think on your feet” and come up with a good consequence in the moment.
To help you plan ahead, use the worksheet provided to think about how you might apply a natural or logical consequence to your child’s behaviour.
